Dye Residence

I was excited to meet with the Dye’s at their residence to learn more about their goals and if what they were envisioning was possible. Originally, they wanted to expand their master bedroom and bath to make it more functional, as well as create an additional guest bedroom, living space, and storage/exercise area. I gave them everything they asked for and more! After a few suggestions, they decided to revert the master bedroom back to the original design and we moved the new master bedroom to the other side of the house for privacy. This also allowed them to take advantage of the new view overlooking their pond on the hill side. While we know that there’s not always room for our suggestions on creating and modifying building plans or the client’s vision, in this case, it made our clients fall even more in love with their plans. Plus, being able to share with them a 3D interior walkthrough was super helpful! It made them fall much more in love with the plans since they could visualize it all before it became a reality.
